The Effectiveness of the Training Components of Emotional Intelligence on Problem-Oriented Coping Styles of Mothers of Children with Conduct Disorder Dorcheh City from 2011 To 2012

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of component part of emotional intelligence on the mothers of children with symptoms and coping strategies of the disturbance of conduct, Experimental and quasi-experimental research methods. Mothers of children with a qualified statistical society, the symptoms of conduct disorder, what city in 2012. Statistical sampling for 30 people at random in two experimental groups and control groups were the experimental group n = 15 team in training in emotional intelligence component during the 10 weeks of meeting download and control group, this number consists of the training we have received this two-stage test before and after matching on two experimental And control groups. The results of the analysis of covariance showed that it was the training component of emotional intelligence was a significant increase in the average scores of circuit problem coping (p ≤0.01) the experimental group compared to the control group. The results showed that the components of emotional intelligence training useful as a method of intervention for mothers with conduct disorder. The Amount of Reflection of Categories of Social Skills in Social Studies Textbook of First Year of Secondary School

ABSTRACT: Goals of education to be made through curriculum and educational resources and one of the most important sources of student learning in education system is textbooks. Textbooks should be written to suit the purposes of education and new ways to improve the quality of students in all aspects and fields.Content analysis of textbooks helps practitioners and authors in the preparation, development and textbook selection to take rational decisions. This article studies the rate of reflected social skills in the social training book of first grade of secondary school. Therefore, we have analyzed social training book that contains four chapters and 78 pages.The methodology used in this study is a quantitative content analysis and paragraph is the unit of analysis. Four categories of social skills have been chosen to evaluate these skills. To find an objective and systematic study of the properties of the message content analysis technology was utilized. The findings suggest that social skill of self management with 21 paragraphs and 12.06 percent compared with the other issues examined in this study has a larger share and this shows more attention of authors of book to this issue. Other social skills such as consultation and communication with others with 8.04 percent are in the next place. Also there isn’t any paragraph related to social skill of saying no.In this book student learning is changing from passive to active and dynamic style. So participation in class activities is increasing than in the past. Otherwise learning things that are more practical in real life should be concentrated. In other words, similar situations can be created to help students learn social skills from theory into practice run in textbooks. A Survey of the Relationship between Social Capital and Intellectual Capital of the Organization (Case Study of the Employees and Lecturers of Azad University of Kermanshah of Iran)

ABSTRACT:The present study aimed to evaluate the relation between social capital and intellectual capital in Azad University of Kermanshah. The study was descriptive-correlation design. The study population was the employees and lecturers of Azad University of Kermanshah and by simple random method, 180 people were selected. The data collection measure was including two questionnaires of evaluation of social capital and intellectual capital and the reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha as 0.86, 0.842. In the present study the social capital was measured by three dimensions, structural, cognitive and relational and the relation of each of the dimensions with intellectual capital was evaluated by Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the hypotheses analysis showed that there is a positively significant association between all dimensions of social and intellectual capital. The Statistical Study of the Conflict between Men and Women in Isfahan Province

ABSTRACT:In spite of all struggles, in recent years the conflicts between the opposed sexes have increased in the frequency and intensity. It is reflect able because the conflict between the opposed sexes are more than the conflicts and disputes between women and men. In this study, by second analysis technique hat tried to consider the type of conflict and the result of registered returns to police station, as mediator of conflict, in Isfahan (a major city in Iran). The time of the study is August 2008 to August 2009. The result show that since the personal sphere is caught sexism so lesser leading to composition and compromise and women for assistance return to disciplinary authority. The most conflicts happen in the family environment. The three-fourth of women that have returned to police, are complainant. The half of them complains from their husband, brother or father and one-fourth from their kinsman and also generally those conflicts are harshly. The mean of registered conflicts are more in the large cities and in the hot season and holidays. Education and age have negative effect on conflict between opposed sexes. The older have legal conflicts more that the young. The job and house don’t have significance effect but the person who have jobs are more than others complaining and complained. In the patriarchal system in Iran the gender factor is the most effective factor, but perhaps the powerless of the women is caused that they more compromise and return to the consulting centers, versus men prefer to resort to judicial laws and reach to their profits.
