ABSTRACT: In today’s world, achieving the highest economic growth possible is an issue which has drawn much attention on the part of both economists and politicians especially in the developing countries. Energy as one of the most important factors in production, alongside with workforce and capital, plays a significant role in enhancing production and economic growth. Among all alternative energy forms and energy carriers, electricity enjoys the highest diversity of use, Minimizing the costs of energy consumption in industry leads to economic growth and development. Moreover, due to its natural effectiveness, and cleanness and lower pollution rate, as well as easy transmission, electricity has always been sought for the world over. However, this popularity brings along some basic questions. For instance, can electricity consumption induce more production and economic growth in developing countries? Or does economic growth in itself entail a boost in electricity consumption? To address these questions, this study aims at analyzing this relationship in the D8 group in the 1971-2010 interval using Pooled Mean Group Estimation of Dynamic Heterogeneous Panels (PMGE). The results show a mutual relationship between electricity consumption and economic growth. In other words, in D8 countries, electricity consumption and economic growth interact and complement each other. Surveying and Investigation the Effect of Knowledge Management Orientation on Organizational Performance. (Case Study: ERISH KHODRO Company)

ABSTRACT: This article was aimed to analysis the effect of knowledge management orientation and organizational performance. In order to collecting data the questionnaire had been used. These questioners were distributed between 96members at the ERISH KHODRO Company. In order to analyzing data and concluding results, Lizrell used and then Pearson correlation used. Also our research was based on structural equation model. The result indicated that there was positive significant relationship between knowledge management orientation and organizational performance (0.674). Also there was positive significant relationship between each dimension of knowledge management orientation and organizational performance. The findings show that knowledge management orientation is a basic factor in organizational performance and confirming the main hypothesis of this study also represents the existence of a positive and meaningful relation between knowledge management orientation and organizational performance. Furthermore, the results show that considering this kind of knowledge management especially in ERISH KHODRO Company which has a high ethnic and cultural variety could be very useful for improve organizational performance. Study of Factors Influencing the Career Self-efficacy

ABSTRACT:Self-efficacy is a factor in achieving the goals, including the most important issues in humanities research. The amount of a person's belief in his ability to organize and manage the resources needed to produce gains act designated person in connection with the self. One of the areas that are most affected by self-efficacy is work and jobs. Career self- efficacy as a belief about ability to have a successful career experiences, such as choosing a job well done and the insistence and persistence in the job. Whatever career path is greater feelings of self-efficacy, indicating a greater interest in their jobs. In contrast, feelings of low self-efficacy may limit the extent of occupational activities and, ultimately, lead to uncertainty regarding job duties. Study of the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Consultant Public Health Girl’s High School in Isfahan of Iran during 2012-2013

ABSTRACT:This study examined the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with the health-related factors, health consultants, all correlations of high school girls in city government consultant 2012-13, all samples were size of the population. Data from the questionnaires using the software SPSS and used statistical methods such as mean and standard deviation were examined. Inferential level of correlation and multiple regression method was used. The results of this study suggest that motivational factors and health, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of public high school counselors in the city there. Standardized beta coefficients were all significant safety factor of 0.329 significant impacts on organizational commitment has been to explain and predict changes.
