Factors influencing job satisfaction of staff of Isfahan Omid (Seyed-o-Shohada) hospital of Iran in 2013

ABSTRACT: This study investigated factors affecting job satisfaction of employees of Isfahan Omid hospital was undertaken in 2013.Method of Research: The current study descriptive - cross sectional analytical study was conducted in 2013. The population included all personnel Omid hospital. It is also stratified random sampling according to the formula of Cochran 183 samples were selected. The data was also collected using a standard questionnaire has good reliability, validity, and then to analyze the statistical methods included analysis of variance test, (ANOVA), T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient was used. Findings: According to the study, with an average satisfaction rate of salary (M=9.40) has the lowest levels of satisfaction among employees' job satisfaction. Promote the satisfaction of a job, with a mean (M=10.17) is the next category. Meanwhile, job satisfaction, with a mean (M=22.52), has the highest satisfaction rate among job satisfaction, and consent of the Superintendent, with a mean (21.56 = M) is the next category. These data show that job satisfaction and satisfaction with the supervisor of the employee's wages better than consent, and consent of the Council is to promote employment. The results of the bivariate analyzes showed that the personnel income and job satisfaction, there is a weak and Inverse relationship. On the other hand, education level and work experience of employees and job satisfaction, there is no significant relationship and so in the mean levels of job satisfaction according to the type of employment, and there is no significant difference in terms of marital status. The Relationship between Occupational Skills and Organizational Learning with Principals' Occupational Quality of Life in Birjand Primary Schools of iran

ABSTRACT: The present study aims to investigate the relationship between occupational skills and organizational learning with principals' occupational quality of life in Birjand primary schools. A correlational-descriptive method was used and statistical population included all primary school principals in Birjand during educational year 92-93 making a population of 92 participants. Standard Neefe questionnaire including five dimensions (Employee Skills and Capabilities, Mental Models, Shared Mission and Vision, Team Work and Team Learning, and Systems Thinking), Whoqol-bref questionnaire of occupational quality of life including 26 questions, and occupational skills questionnaire from principals' occupational skills questionnaire (Farhang, 1997). Including 30 questions were used in the research. Questionnaire validity was content type and the reliability of each questionnaire was estimated 0.91, 0.95, 0.87 respectively, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Redundancy, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used in order to describe data, while Pearson Correlation Coefficient, independent-t test, and one-way variance analysis (f-test) were used to analyze data. Results from Pearson correlation Coefficient show that there is a significant and direct relation between dimensions of occupational skills (technical, conceptual and human) and occupational quality of life. Moreover, there is a direct and significant relation between occupational quality of life and employee skills and capabilities, shared mission and vision, and systems thinking. There is also a significant and direct relation between principals' technical skills with mental models and systems thinking, employee skills and capabilities with human skills, and conceptual skills with mental models and systems thinking. According to the results, there is no significant relation between technical skills with employee skills and capabilities, shared mission and vision, and team work. There is no significant relation between conceptual skills with organizational models, shared mission and vision, and team work either. Moreover, there is no significant relation between human skills with mental models, shared mission and vision, team work and team learning, and systems thinking. The results show that (according to t test) the rate of occupational skills and occupational quality of life is equal among male and female principals. In addition, the results of f test shows similar occupational skills and quality of life with respect to education. The Relationship between Trust and Performance Families Among Women in Isfahan

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the performance of the family, To this end, the relationship between trust and performance families, women in Isfahan, Five of the 50 women who were randomly selected. All participants a questionnaire of 18 questions Rampel trust et al.(1986) and a questionnaire with 60 questions of family function (FAD) completed. The reliability of the questionnaire listed respectively 0.88 and 0.87 are calculated. Data collected using the Pearson correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, stepwise regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis was performed. Analysis of the results showed the highest correlation with confidence in effective Involvement (R=0.55) and effective accountability (R=0.54) said. But there was not a significant positive relationship between trust and control behavior (P ≥0.05). Only components predictability of behavior control (R =0.39) had a positive and significant coefficient. Overall, the research findings suggest there is a significant relationship between the level of reliability and performance families (R=0.60) (P ≤0.01). The reliability of the total (R2=0.42) percent predicted efficiency variance family. Key words: Reliability, Performance family
Study of Social Development and Relation between Organizational Commitment and Self-Control among Primary Teachers in the Zahedan, Iran

ABSTRACT:The main aim of this research is the Study of relation between organizational commitment and self-control among primary teachers in the zone of 1 in Zahedan, Iran. The method of research is correlation, the society of research is 1050 teachers in the zone of 1 in Zahedan, Iran, and the samples are 274 teachers. The research tool is a valid questionnaire that researcher has made it. The results show that here is the meaningful and positive relation between a) teacher’s organizational commitments and personal emotions (r= 0.19), b) teacher’s organizational commitments and relation with others (r= 0.35), and c) teacher’s organizational commitments and intrinsic control (r= 0.53). The research has concluded that here is meaningful and positive relation between organizational commitment and self-control among primary teachers in the Zahedan, Iran (r= 0.50).
